We attended the Bharat Insurance and Fintech Summit & Awards 2023. It was exciting to hear the conversations around innovations in the insurance and fintech industry in the presence of industry stalwarts. We were thrilled to see the advancements in the space of marketing communication and customer experience. For Shabd AI, it was particularly promising as we see enormous potential for generative AI and large language models (LLMs) in this space. It was a pleasure hearing Tapan Singhel's insightful thoughts.
